The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has won the bid to host the 42nd FIABCI Global Leadership Summit, which will commence its activities this December in the capital city, Riyadh. The summit is considered the largest annual gathering, bringing together prominent real estate figures alongside CEOs of major real estate companies from around the world, who will discuss their experiences and expertise in developing the real estate sector.

The summit primarily focuses on topics addressing the experience of the Saudi real estate sector under Vision 2030, and the successes the sector has achieved to date, which contribute to enhancing the vision's goals. The summit will feature a number of sessions, workshops, meetings, and lectures that address challenges in the real estate industry alongside available investment opportunities, and the role of leadership in innovating entrepreneurial ideas by discussing best global practices and the mechanism for their application in the region. Additionally, visits to prominent mega-projects will be conducted during the summit.
