Terms & conditions for publishing on Gludo events
These terms govern publication of exhibitions, conferences, and professional events on the Gludo events directory. By using the publish service or submitting a listing, you agree to these terms in addition to Gludo Portal’s general terms and privacy policy.
1. Definitions
- Directory: the exhibitions & events section of Gludo Portal
- Publisher / organizer: an approved event-organizer account
- Listing: a published or pending event page
2. Eligibility & registration
- You must be legally or contractually authorized to promote the event
- Organizer registration information must be accurate
- Gludo may approve, reject, or suspend organizer accounts after review
3. Content accuracy & responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data: name, dates, venue, entry fees, links, and images. Update the listing promptly for postponements, cancellations, or venue changes.
Prohibited:
- Fictitious or misleading events
- Impersonating another organizer
- Duplicate listings for the same event without justification
- Content that violates applicable law or third-party rights
4. Prohibited content
Do not submit events or promotional material containing hate speech, unlawful discrimination, adult-only material without appropriate classification, fraud, malware, or intellectual-property infringement.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By submitting a listing, you grant Gludo a non-exclusive licence to display and translate it within the directory and for reasonable platform promotion, while Gludo may remove infringing content.
6. Review & approval
New listings and material changes may be reviewed. Gludo may:
- Reject or suspend listings that fail quality standards
- Fix obvious category or venue mapping errors
- Merge duplicate listings, crediting the approved organizer
7. External links
Event pages may link to your official site. You are responsible for compliance with ticketing/registration laws and the safety of outbound destinations.
8. Removal & suspension
Gludo may remove a listing or suspend an account for terms violations, repeated complaints, false data, or failure to correct reported issues.
9. Disclaimer
Gludo is an information directory. We do not guarantee attendance, traffic, or event success. Contracts between organizers, exhibitors, and visitors are outside these terms unless agreed in writing.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued publishing after changes constitutes acceptance. Review this page periodically.
