The FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Fair is an important platform for international trade exchange in the food and catering sector, as well as a crucial gateway and showcase for global food companies to enter the Chinese market. The fair is hosted by the China Bakery Association, the Shanghai Restaurant & Cuisine Association, and Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd.; it is jointly organized with the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Native Produce & Animal By-Products (CFNA); and assisted by the China World Food Industry Union. In 2024, international pavilions and exhibitors from over 50 countries and regions gathered at the FHC fair, joining 171,828 professional visitors from 98 countries and regions at the annual food and beverage festival.
