How to add your company to the Gludo directory

This guide explains how to add a new company or service listing to the Gludo business directory. Publishing is for approved Marketer publisher accounts.

Before you start

  • Confirm you are authorized to represent the business
  • Prepare: trading name, category, address, contact details, description, and logo
  • Read the publishing terms and benefits

Step 1: Sign in or register

Go to add a business listing. Register as a Marketer if needed. Consumer accounts may require upgrading to the correct publisher type.

Step 2: Complete your publisher profile

Enter accurate personal and business details. New accounts may need review and approval before publishing.

Step 3: Create a new listing

From the publisher dashboard, add a listing and fill in:

  1. Business name — as customers know you
  2. Category — the most accurate sector (construction, clinics, education, etc.)
  3. Location — country, city, and district when available for local SEO
  4. Contact details — phone, email, website
  5. Description — services, coverage areas, and differentiators (original copy, ~200–500 words)
  6. Media & links — logo, social profiles, catalog or profile PDF if available

Step 4: Review & go live

After submission the listing is pending review. Once approved it appears in the business directory and related category and location pages.

Step 5: Keep it updated

Update phone, address, or description when anything changes. Accurate listings build trust and support search performance.

  • Pick the most specific category
  • Set city and district accurately for hyper-local pages
  • Write original copy mentioning services and areas served
  • Use a clear logo and valid contact data
