Terms for publishing on the Gludo business directory

These terms govern listing companies and service providers on the Gludo business directory. By publishing you agree to these terms plus Gludo Portal’s general terms and privacy policy.

1. Definitions

  • Directory: the companies & services section of Gludo Portal
  • Publisher: an approved Marketer account
  • Listing: a published or pending business page

2. Eligibility

  • You must legally represent the business or have owner approval
  • Fictitious companies or fake contact data are prohibited
  • Gludo may approve, reject, or suspend publisher accounts

3. Data accuracy & responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of trading name, category, address, phone, email, links, and description. Update the listing when location or status changes.

Prohibited:

  • Impersonating another company or unauthorised use of trademarks
  • Duplicate listings for the same address without justification
  • Misleading claims about services or licences

4. Prohibited content

Do not publish unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, or infringing content, or adult material without appropriate classification.

5. Category & geography

Choose category, city, and district honestly. Gludo may correct obvious mapping errors to improve search quality.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of uploaded content. Submission grants Gludo a non-exclusive licence to display and translate it within the directory. Gludo may remove infringing content.

7. Review & approval

New listings and material changes may be reviewed. Gludo may reject, suspend, or merge duplicates.

8. Links & customer contact

You are responsible for responding to enquiries via displayed contact details and complying with local advertising and competition laws.

9. Removal

Listings or accounts may be removed for terms violations, repeated complaints, or false data.

10. Disclaimer

Gludo is an information directory. We do not guarantee leads or sales. Contracts with customers are outside these terms.
