Kolkata 2023, the 35th edition on December 8, 9, and 10, 2023, at Hall A, Biswa Bangla Mela Prangan, Kolkata, India.
MEDICAL was initiated in 2006 by Dr. Manivannan S, the Founder and Managing Director of the Kovai Medical Center and Hospital Group, a 3000-bed hospital group in Tamil Nadu, India. In a recent talk about the motivation behind starting this exhibition, Dr. Manivannan S says: "Small and medium-sized hospital owners from tier 2 and tier 3 cities cannot afford qualified purchase managers. Also, equipment companies do not have enough sales force to reach all these hospital owners. Since I faced difficulties in my own hospital, I thought that the MEDICAL exhibition would bring all equipment manufacturers under one roof."
