The Saudi Investment Bank is a Saudi joint-stock company established under Royal Decree No. M/31 dated June 23, 1976. The bank commenced its operations in March 1977.
The Saudi Investment Bank offers traditional banking products and services in the areas of wholesale, retail, and commercial banking, in addition to investment banking services. The bank specifically arranges financing for semi-governmental and private industrial sectors, and commercial financing products for imports and exports.
The bank has also established successful joint ventures/subsidiaries to meet the needs of investment banking services, stock trading, asset management, financial leasing, mortgages, insurance, and credit cards.
