Qserve Qatar - Chartered Quantity Surveyors

Qserve Qatar is a first-grade certified quantity surveying consultancy firm established in 2008 to serve the State of Qatar. It is the third overseas branch of the parent company Qserve (Pvt.) Ltd., which was founded in Sri Lanka in 1994, a country renowned for its traditions in quantity surveying.
Qserve Qatar was opened with the aim of providing professional quantity surveying services and other related services such as value management, dispute resolution, claims preparation and management, contract management, risk management, and carbon accounting in the construction sector for clients, consultants, and contractors.
The services provided by Qserve Qatar are organized under the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Additionally, Qserve Qatar is also a registered practice with the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL) and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), adhering to the professional values upheld by these institutions. Moreover, all company directors and senior management are individual members of one or all of the aforementioned institutions.
Qserve Qatar boasts a highly diverse project portfolio ranging from buildings to infrastructure, working with the Qatari government and prestigious private sector clients.
