Spazio was founded in 2006 by Joseph Eliovits. Mr. Eliovits combines the influence of his Greek-Lebanese heritage with his formal training and Master's qualifications in the United States, which has enabled him to integrate the diverse talents and resources that Spazio provides for its clients. His continuously evolving career began in Europe and the United States, where he gained valuable knowledge by working with prominent designers. Supported by this extensive practical experience, he then moved to the Middle East, contributing to upscale projects in Beirut, including a five-star hotel in Solidere. To better serve a growing client base in the GCC countries, he subsequently settled in Abu Dhabi, where he and his team have accomplished bespoke assignments for a list of prestigious clients, including royal families, government circles, and a select group of real estate developers and high-net-worth individuals.
Design and construction are our passion, from the first pencil stroke of the concept to exceeding customer expectations at the main handover. We have trained our teams to excel in attention to detail and quality while planning to deliver projects on time.
