The founders of Afamina Group established Olive Tree Real Estate Development Company in 2020 with an amount of 400 million Egyptian pounds, located at 16 Mustafa Rifaat, Sheraton Al Matar. Since then, the company has established commercial and residential projects in Al Obour City and the New Administrative Capital (Oro Al Obour Compound - In Mall Downtown New Administrative Capital - Oro New Administrative Capital Compound)
