Akam Developments

The year 2018 witnessed a game-changing event in the Egyptian real estate market with the establishment of Akam Developments; where three giants of real estate development and the construction world, not only within the Arab Republic of Egypt but across the entire Middle East region, came together, namely:

• Akam Company, owned by Essam Mansour, the developer of Tulip Resort and Aroma in Ain Sokhna, with over twenty years of experience in the Egyptian real estate investment market.
• Benaayat Company: Owned by Idris Mohamed, an Egyptian company existing since 1986 under the name Dar Al Benaa Al Arabi, which has built several luxury hotels in the Red Sea; such as the Tivoli Hotel in Hurghada, in addition to administrative and medical buildings in El Shorouk and the Fifth Settlement, and mini compounds in El Shorouk.
• The Saudi Al-Mohaid Holding Consultant, affiliated with Engineer Saad Al-Ghaithi, owning more than 25 branches worldwide, and its work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is well-known, including the Ministry of Housing, the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Economy, King Faisal University, King Saud University, etc.
• Recently, a partnership was formed between Akam Developments and the Saudi Al Rajhi Group, establishing Akam-Al Rajhi to launch its first project on the North Coast, "Dous North Coast Village".
