Al Kathiri Holding Company commenced its operations in 2008 in the field of cement and aggregate sales and transportation. The company later expanded its activities to include ready-mix concrete production and Imdo panel manufacturing. It also entered the real estate development, contracting, and logistical support sectors through "Masaned Supply Limited," which was established in 2018. In 2017, Al Kathiri Holding Company transformed into a publicly listed company on the Saudi stock market.
