Bin Jarallah Group for Trade and General Contracting was established in 1973 by Sheikh Mohammed Nasser Al-Jarallah and set up its main office primarily located in Khamis Mushait.

Since its humble beginnings, the company started building numerous small private and governmental facilities such as residential and commercial buildings, road construction, and other infrastructure for the development of Saudi Arabia. To expand its services nationwide, Bin Jarallah Group decided to move its main office to Riyadh, while maintaining major branches in various cities and provinces of the Kingdom.
