It stands as the first real estate crowdfunding platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a country where the real estate market boasts a record of growth and development. Aseel is a financial technology company authorized by the Capital Market Authority within the Fintech Lab, operating on the methodology of crowdfunding for real estate assets. It aims to achieve suitable returns for investors by investing in real estate opportunities through the distribution of investment units. These units are issued by investment funds established in the Kingdom and offered publicly or privately in accordance with the regulations issued by the Authority to a group of investors. This ensures that participants exercise their rights as unit owners under the relevant executive regulations, all facilitated technologically. This process involves listing real estate opportunities on the platform, displaying all information that clarifies the status of the opportunity and details that eliminate ambiguity. Investment is then conducted electronically, granting the investor specific ownership in the investment units of the opportunity.
