Oud Capital is part of the Bank Audi Private Banking (BAPB) platform alongside Bank Audi (Switzerland) S.A. in Switzerland and Bank Audi Private Bank S.A.L. in Lebanon.
Oud Capital is licensed by the Authority (which includes dealing, arrangement, investment management and fund operation, advisory, and custody) to provide investment banking services, private banking services, asset management services, and brokerage for both Saudi companies and individual clients in compliance with the Authority's system, its executive regulations, and best international practices regionally. The company received its first letter to commence operations on 05/26/2007 AD.
