Najm Al-Salam was established as the Najm Al-Salam Investment and Real Estate Development Group in Riyadh by businessman Jarallah bin Abdullah Al-Atheeb in the year 1413H. In 1430H, it announced itself as a closed joint-stock company and, by the grace of God, raced against time, quickly becoming a holding company in 1436H. It manages real estate and marketing companies and expands its activities and projects day by day.

The investments and projects of Najm Al-Salam Holding Company extend throughout the Kingdom and the Arabian Gulf, to name a few, its projects have spread in Riyadh, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Jeddah, Al-Khobar, Al-Qassim, Al-Zulfi, Hafar Al-Batin, and some Gulf countries such as Sharjah and Bahrain, as well as some Arab countries like Egypt and others.

Over the course of 25 years, the company has successfully completed, praise be to God, more than 413 real estate projects, diversifying into towers, residential plans, industrial plans, ownership apartments, residential and commercial buildings, fuel stations, malls, commercial halls, markets, wedding palaces, chalets, and rest houses. The company has also reclaimed raw land to translate its goals with the phrase: Together, We Build the Nation.
