Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Habib and Partners Real Estate Investment is a private family-owned company. Established in 1972, it specialized in real estate investments, developing raw land for distinguished projects, managing project details, and designing commercial and residential complexes that add value to cities and residents. In 1975, the company launched its commercial projects with Makkah Markets, which is considered the first fully enclosed shopping center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It has prepared us to move forward towards continuous development and improvement.
