About the company
Al Qalaa Real Estate was established in 1961 under the name "Al Qalaa Al Khadra Real Estate." In 2014, the name was changed to Al Qalaa Real Estate.
Al Qalaa Real Estate's first office was located in Souq Al Zal in Al Mubarakiya in 1961, making it one of the first real estate brokerage offices in Kuwait. It has continued to operate to this day, building upon its extensive experience and developing a new and advanced approach.
Despite all the fluctuations and crises in the real estate market over these many years, Al Qalaa Real Estate has maintained a large and loyal client base, which continues to grow and expand.
After 30 years, the company moved to the Awqaf Complex, where it remained for 20 years. Now, in keeping with development and driven by a desire to expand and provide the best services to our valued clients, and because we always strive for excellence, the company moved in 2011 to Dar Al Awadhi Tower, its current location.
