Beginning in 2003, Better Life Construction and Real Estate Investment Company, with its extensive experience and history, started in the field of general contracting and construction in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement in 2003. Thanks to its high level of technical expertise, selection of the best personnel at all stages of construction, and attention to the smallest details, it has achieved the execution of more than 120 projects across the country. These include a large number of residential and service projects, such as Noor Al Alam Hospital in the Second District of the Fifth Settlement, and commercial malls such as Mirna Mall next to the New Cairo Court and Golden Star Mall opposite Al Mahlawi Market. The company was also honored with the opportunity to undertake one of the most important construction projects in the New Administrative Capital, the villa of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi within the military complex, through Orascom Construction. Additionally, we executed the dormitory for the Monastery of Saint Paul in the Red Sea, specializing in electrical and concrete works, and much more, as detailed in our portfolio. It is said that the moment of truth for construction companies comes with the passage of years, and 17 years in the construction field is a significant milestone for us and a testament to our maturity and strength.
