For over 3 decades the company has been achieving its worldwide recognition and now it is one of the industry frontrunners in MENA with over260 successful projects in 9 countries.   Throughout the last 27 years, our growing team of experts has worked 622000+ hours resulting in 150 residential designs, 47 luxury hotels, and resorts, and 48 corporate offices fully planned and designed from scratch. In 2021 IDEA ART won SBID International Design Award as the best residential apartment over £1M. This year we have also been finalists in Design Middle East, IDentity Awards, and BLT Awards.
