First Finance Co. was founded in November 1999 as the first finance company in the State of Qatar regulated by the Central Bank of Qatar; we started with a capital of 50 million Qatari Riyals in 1999, to reach a capital of 639 million Qatari Riyals in 2009.
In 2010, 100% of the company's shares were acquired by Dukhan Bank, a step that aims to establish the company as a prominent player in the local market.
