We started as an insurance broker with a vision to change the way medical insurance is promoted and delivered in the Egyptian market. We first touched upon many problems that faced the insured members, such as lack of personalized services, absence of technology solutions, managing the sickness, undeserving SMEs policies, and many other obstacles.
Therefore, our vision was to change all of that, and in order to reach our vision, we needed to reimagine the role of the insurance broker to provide unique aftersales support.
