United Real Estate Company (K.S.C.P.) is a leading real estate developer in Kuwait and the MENA region, with total assets valued at approximately KWD 683 million (USD 2.23 billion) as of September 30, 2025. Established by Amiri Decree in 1973 in Kuwait, United Real Estate Company was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1984.

United Real Estate Company's business focuses on construction and contracting services, facilities management, and project management through a number of investment arms and subsidiaries. United Real Estate Company (URC) operates across several countries in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Its investment portfolio includes a vibrant, integrated mixed-use community in Hessa Al Mubarak District, Kuwait, as well as other mixed-use real estate projects such as Marina World, Marina Hotel, and KIPCO Tower in Kuwait; Salalah Gardens Mall and Salalah Gardens Residences in Oman; Al Abdali Mall in Jordan; Roche View 1090 in Lebanon; Hilton Cairo Heliopolis Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Hotel, and Aswar Residences in Egypt; and a golf club, a five-star hotel, and luxury villas and apartments at the Assoufid Resort in Morocco.
