Securities Group (SG)

The Securities Group (SG) is a Kuwaiti shareholding investment management company, established on October 24, 1981 with assets under management of approximately KD 2 billion. The company was listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange on December 21, 1996. Unlisted from the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 2017 on 06/18/2017.

In line with the international standards and the requirements of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), Securities Group Company adheres fully to the application of corporate governance rules as set forth in the CMA regulations, in order to establish sound management rules in all its activities.

The Board of Directors of Securities Group Company is keen to establish values within the company in the short, medium, and long term, through a set of principles, standards, and actions that contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the company which is commensurate with its nature and activity and enhances the performance of their employees which contributes in maintaining the financial integrity of the company.
