Kanoo Travel became the first International Air Transport Association (IATA) affiliate agency in the Middle East, and the first travel company in the region to obtain ISO certification in 1997.

Kanoo Travel currently operates at 180 IATA locations, has a broad customer base of companies in the region, along with a strong global presence through its network partner - American Express Travel Services, and a regional call center operating 24/7.
