Our company has grown organically, spreading from one language to another. Although we provide services on a global scale, each of our expert employees works as a local real estate agent. How did TEKCE become a leading real estate company in its field?

To uphold the principle of "guaranteeing the best prices," every property listing is secured through local agencies. By conducting thorough research on the price of each property on our website, we ensure correct property pricing. Once the best price is approved, our team captures photos and videos of the property, prepares descriptions, and uploads them to the system for listing on our site. Property listings are translated into 12 different languages and published on our website and on globally recognized real estate portals. In today's internet world, there are many different real estate sites that do not update their prices solely to attract customers. In line with our principle of honesty, we always keep our prices updated.

Opening to the World: TEKCE's Real Estate Journey

Our first journey in the real estate sector began in Antalya in 2004 under the name Antalya Homes. We had offices in five locations in Antalya: Lara, Konyaaltı, Düşmeltaşı, Belek, and Alanya. We served as "Istanbul Homes" through our offices in Cevizlibağ and Göztepe in Istanbul, "Trabzon Homes" in Trabzon Yomra, and "Bursa Homes" in Bursa and Yalova. Despite this growth, we always operated under the overarching brand of Antalya Homes.

We undertook our first international project under the name "Spain Homes" in Malaga, Spain. Then, we opened our second office in Alicante. Due to the company's high client potential, we also opened an office in Stockholm, Sweden. However, as it grew, the Antalya Homes brand began to fall short of representing our diverse activities. Thus, we merged our last offices in Izmir, Mersin, Bodrum, and Fethiye under the TEKCE brand.

Our next step was Northern Cyprus. Believing that the political issues there would be resolved in the future, we made several significant real estate investments through our new office in Kyrenia. Finally, we expanded to Dubai and increased the number of countries we serve to five.
