The Central Bank also takes necessary measures to address financial and economic problems and provides advice to the government on formulating fiscal and economic policy in the Kingdom. Furthermore, the Central Bank is responsible for setting the rules and regulations necessary for how banks and financial institutions deal with their customers in a fair and transparent manner, in addition to raising public awareness of banking and financial activities.
