Okaz Financial Brokerage and Investment Company was established in 1993 as an Egyptian family-owned joint-stock company, extending the activities of Dr. Mohamed Hamed's office – the financial advisor and former chairman of the Egyptian Stock Exchange, who founded a securities trading office in 1984.
