Premiere Securities Trading Company LLC was established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (230) of 1989 for the purpose of conducting securities brokerage activities. In compliance with Article (33) of Law No. (95) of 1992 and Article (127) of its executive regulations, the company may have an interest in or participate in any manner with financial companies that engage in activities similar to its own or that may assist it in achieving its objectives in Egypt or abroad. It may also merge with these companies, acquire them, or annex them to itself, all in accordance with the provisions of the law and its executive regulations.
