Other allied companies in the group provide services in various sectors, such as electromechanical contracting, industrial cleaning, scaffolding, security services, elevators and escalators, passenger transport, home delivery, and the handling and processing of cash and valuables, among others. Simplex-Almoayyed is a shareholding company within the group responsible for piling and foundation contracts in Bahrain.

The company commenced its operations in 1982 under the name "Almoayyed Air Conditioning," as a division of Yusuf Khalil Almoayyed and Sons. Initially, the company focused on the maintenance and repair of household appliances, air conditioners, and others. Under the leadership of Mr. M. T. Mathews, the company undertook prestigious air conditioning projects, such as Naim Health Center, Public Security Health Center, Arad Health Center, Hamad City Girls' Secondary School, Gulf International Convention Center, Gulf International Bank, Almoayyed Tower, and the Formula 1 Circuit, to name a few. Subsequently, the company achieved significant growth and expansion by executing new projects in the fields of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.
