Nakheel Real Estate Development has a long-standing track record spanning over 18 years in the real estate development sector in the United Arab Emirates, having started operations in the UAE since 2005. The company has managed the finishing, marketing, and sales for more than 20 successful projects, most notably the compounds (Al Mahiri, Al Mansouri, Al Zaabi, Al Marzouqi, Suhail Al Mazroui, and Al Mashghouni Complex).

The company decided to transfer this expertise to Egypt with the aim of developing integrated urban projects to global standards on Egyptian soil, adding new elements to enrich the distinguished Egyptian real estate product. It established Sarouh Real Estate in Tanta in 2017 and created and developed the latest and best hospital in Tanta, "Queen Hospital".

By 2020, Nakheel Real Estate Development faced a new challenge with the launch of its first project in the New Administrative Capital, the "Trio V Tower" project, in one of the prime locations in the heart of Downtown, covering an area of 7000 square meters.

At the beginning of a new year and continuing the great successes, it was time for the launch of our second project in the New Administrative Capital, the "Double Two Tower" in the Central Business District MU7.
