Arad was founded in 2017 with its main headquarters in the UAE, and it is considered one of the fastest-growing and most innovative major developers in the region. The company emerged from a fruitful collaboration between two of the most prominent young Gulf entrepreneurs: His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Board, and His Royal Highness Prince Khaled bin Al Waleed bin Talal, Executive Vice Chairman.
