Gulf Real Estate Company (GRE) is a closed Saudi joint-stock company established in 2005, with our main business being real estate development, primarily focusing on all real estate sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The company has developed a number of successful projects in both residential and commercial sectors, especially office buildings and shopping centers, including office towers on King Fahd Road and Al-Dabab Street in Riyadh. The company has also developed commercial projects, such as Crystal Plaza in Riyadh and West Avenue Mall in Dammam. GRE's portfolio also includes the Viola project, a residential complex in northern Riyadh.
