The first step was taken in 1958, laying the foundation stone for Samnan Trading and Maintenance Company, which directed its operations towards water and petroleum stations for approximately forty years. In line with the economic revolution witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and based on a well-studied plan, the company decided to establish specialized divisions for everything related to water sectors and projects, transforming into Samnan Trading and Maintenance Company in 1997. To reap the fruits of efforts made over five decades, Samnan Company decided in 2010 to convert its divisions into limited liability companies guided by its vision, and these companies are: Samnan Water Solutions, Samnan
