In the city of Dammam, it all began 50 years ago by the founder, Sheikh Ali Al-Duwaiyan – may God have mercy on him – in the Eastern Province.
Then the company evolved thanks to proper foundation and the second generation, which contributed to the development of the company's operations to include numerous fields with massive real estate and investment assets.
