Najm Company for Insurance Services

Najm Insurance Services Company is a closed, unlisted joint-stock company, established in 1428H (2007), as a result of a joint collaboration between the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) and the General Directorate of Traffic, aiming to enhance the vehicle insurance sector in the Kingdom.

It began its operations through a set of businesses "inspection, loss estimation, and insurance claim settlement." In 2009, "inspection of minor traffic accidents for insured vehicles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" was added to its responsibilities.

Najm offers an integrated system of solutions and services for all citizens, residents, and visitors, covering 40 cities across the Kingdom, with a team of experienced Saudi professionals who handle traffic accidents, along with associated loss and damage estimation, claim settlement, and insurance services.

With the emergence of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, Najm has kept pace with the development trajectory in the Kingdom in line with the ambitious vision's targets, specifically through two main programs of the vision: first, achieving digital transformation in all services, and second, developing and improving the quality of life in the Kingdom. Najm initiated a comprehensive restructuring of its operational strategy, adopting the best professional and marketing standards to develop a performance model that aligns with the vision's goals. Over the past few years, it has managed to achieve a series of accomplishments and received several prestigious international awards, turning Najm into a model to be emulated for insurance services.
