About the company
The Insurance Authority, the concerned body for regulating the insurance sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was established by Cabinet Resolution No. (85) on 28/1/1445 AH. The Authority aims to regulate the insurance sector in the Kingdom, supervise and oversee it in a way that supports and enhances its effectiveness, works on developing insurance awareness, protecting the rights of the insured and beneficiaries, stabilizing the insurance sector, contributing to financial stability, promoting and developing the insurance sector, and working to establish the principles of the insurance contractual relationship and its pillars.
