The Dubai Entrepreneurship Training Program offers outstanding and ambitious graduates a unique opportunity to join a fully funded program for study and work in Dubai, the vibrant, multicultural global commercial hub and the ideal city to develop their skills as future global leaders.

The Dubai Entrepreneurship Training Program serves as a bridge from graduate studies to the working world and a bridge between different cultures. The program is based on an experiential approach that relies on hands-on, project-based learning and is considered a transformative experience for participants who develop their consulting skills and gain a comprehensive, practical view of Dubai as a workplace.

The program is meticulously designed, combining professional skills, personal skills, consulting skills, and applied work experience over a nine-month period, delivered through:

• Academic modules
• Practical learning in companies (hands-on training)
• Strategic consulting

During the program, participants attend keynote lectures with industry leaders and CEOs and train to enhance their personal skills. They also participate in cultural programs and trips, and each is assigned a professional coach and a life coach.
