Idrak Al Dhahran Engineering Consultancy Office was established in October 2019 in the city of Dammam, merging with Idrak Al Mowasafat Architectural Contracting Foundation, which had been operating since 2017 and provided only residential project management services, to operate under the name of Idrak Al Dhahran Consultancy Office, offering design and project management services.
Within a short period, the office, by the grace of God, managed over 150 residential projects for both structural and finishing phases, with a total value exceeding 100 million Saudi Riyals; the office also worked on designs for various residential projects.
