National Cables Industry

The National Cable Industry Company was established in 2001 in the Emirate of Sharjah, where the main office and manufacturing facility are located on a vast area of 150,000 square meters with a paid-up capital of 220 million UAE dirhams.
Since its inception, the National Textile Industries Company has dedicated its efforts to achieving its mission of "powering the nation" based on a strong technological foundation, continuous improvement, and maintaining a high level of quality standards and customer satisfaction. NCI is a dynamic company driven by the desire to delight customers through continuous improvement. The National Electromechanical Industries Company's quality management system ISO 9001:2008 is certified by the British Approval Service for Electric Cables (BASEC), including BASEC product certification requirements, and its occupational health and safety management system OHSAS 18001:2007 is certified by SGS Gulf Limited. Additionally, the National Textile Industries Company holds a BASEC license for the product mark (BASEC) for single-core and 4-core 0.6/1 kV cables according to BS 5467 and BS 6724 standards, and fire-resistant cables with second, third, and fourth cores are certified by LPCB. NCI has also obtained the UAE Quality Mark certificate for low-voltage electrical wires and cables from the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology in the United Arab Emirates.
