The National Center for Cancer Care and Research is the main and only hospital dedicated to cancer treatment in the State of Qatar; the center provides comprehensive care for patients requiring ongoing treatments such as: (chemotherapy, targeted hormonal immunotherapy, and radiation therapy). It also treats benign and malignant blood disorders, performs bone marrow transplants and palliative care, and includes a specialized pain management clinic. Furthermore, Hamad General Hospital, the partner of the National Center for Cancer Care and Research, offers surgical oncology services.
