Qatar Government Communications Office

The Government Communication Office was established by Amiri Decision No. (27) of 2015, with the aim of coordinating communication and media activities across all governmental and semi-governmental entities, highlighting the state's vision and programs, and showcasing the country's achievements in all fields. The Government Communication Office reports directly to His Excellency the Prime Minister.   Vision   To enable governmental institutions and entities in the State of Qatar to communicate with the public in a clear, consistent, and relevant manner.   Mission   The Government Communication Office serves as the strategic government communication arm of the State of Qatar, providing support in communication activities to governmental and semi-governmental entities, collaborating with them in planning and executing media campaigns and messages that align with the interests of the local public, and enhancing communication channels in the State of Qatar.
