About the company
The Communications Regulatory Authority was established in 2014 under Emiri Decision No. 42 of 2014. It is an independent body responsible for regulating the telecommunications and information technology sector, the postal sector, and access to digital media. The Authority also works to encourage and support an open and competitive telecommunications sector to ensure the provision of innovative, advanced, and reliable communication services, while fully committed to achieving a balance between consumer rights on one hand and meeting the needs of service providers on the other.
