Yasser Beltagy Architecture (YBA) was founded in 1994, in Cairo, Egypt, under the leadership of its founder, director, and chief designer, Yasser Beltagy. Yasser Beltagy Architecture is a full-service firm in the fields of architecture, urban planning, landscape, and interior design. Over the years, Yasser Beltagy Architecture has worked on various types and sizes of projects, both inside and outside Egypt, totaling more than 1000 projects, such as: residential and public buildings, corporate and office buildings, educational and cultural projects, hotels and resorts, entertainment projects, industrial projects, and religious and commercial projects. The Young Business Association participated in 33 competitions worldwide, winning 10 first-place awards, 4 second-place awards, 3 third-place awards, 2 honorary awards, and received 3 awards in the field of architecture. In June 2003, YBA and Dar Al-Mimar merged into an alliance until February 2011. The merger of the two companies, along with the extensive experience of their directors, led to the creation of a diverse practice that resulted in successful large-scale projects, including international competitions and major projects.
