Afras Trading and Contracting Company, a Saudi limited liability company, began its journey in 1976, aiming to compete for operation and maintenance projects of buildings and hospitals across the Kingdom. Starting from the Central Region, the company has since made qualitative and quantitative strides, expanding vertically and horizontally to encompass various fields such as contracting, operation, maintenance, cleaning, hospitality, pest control, security services, agriculture, and landscaping. Consequently, Afras has achieved a high classification in all its specialties from the Contractors Classification Agency of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs in the Kingdom, covering 12 different areas, including, but not limited to, first-class classification in building maintenance, medical centers maintenance, and buildings, among others. With the flourishing of Afras' operations, it established a branch in the Western Region based in Jeddah, followed by another branch in the Eastern Region based in Dammam, then opened a branch in Taif and another in Makkah Al-Mukarramah. Afras plans to open more branches to ensure its presence in every region of the Kingdom.
