Hasty Saudi Limited Company was established as a new division of the Hasty Group to enter the emerging Saudi market in May 2010, as a joint venture between the local partner, Al-Sharqawi Company, and the Hasty Group of companies (with its subsidiary Rotary International providing resources and management for the joint venture projects on behalf of the partners).   In May 2012, following the management of Hasty Group Limited in Australia, Al-Sharqawi Company exercised its right to take full control of Hasty Saudi Limited's operations and acquired the remaining 50% stake in the joint venture from the Hasty Group, along with the naming rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Hasty Saudi Limited now enjoys an excellent reputation among its clients and suppliers, while maintaining an international mix of highly competent staff and engineers with extensive international experience.
