Unitech Facility Management

Unitech Facilities Management "UFM" for Integrated Services is a company founded in 2014 and is one of the spin-offs from the parent company, Unitech MEP. Its purpose is to transfer all maintenance contracts for major national projects undertaken by the parent company to Unitech Facilities Management, which specializes in facility management using modern and advanced methods for building and structure maintenance. The scope of Unitech Facilities Management's operations later expanded to include housekeeping, facade cleaning, and landscaping works, aiming to enter the integrated facility management market in Egypt. Today, Unitech Facilities Management is expanding its operations beyond Egypt, specifically into West African countries.
