Contrack Facility Management

Contrack FM began its first operations in April 2004, providing integrated facility management services that successfully cover the Middle East and North Africa region, serving many market sectors. It currently holds contracts for facilities in the commercial, retail, healthcare, and business complex sectors, with a particular focus on the banking sector. It is a subsidiary of the Orascom Construction Group empire, headquartered in Cairo. The scope of Contrack FM's work includes hard engineering services, civil and architectural repairs and maintenance services, as well as soft services that encompass housekeeping, deep cleaning, specialized facade cleaning, landscaping, pest control, catering, waste management and recycling, along with security services for industrial health and safety, civil defense, and evacuation control services for large commercial properties.
