Al-Dennis Arabia Company was established in 2011 as an equally owned partnership between the European contracting company "Dennis Global NV," specializing in pipeline extensions in the oil and gas industry, and Al-Aamal Al-Madaniya Limited (one of the Al-Rashid Group companies), which began its operations in this field in the early 1950s. Over the past sixty years, Rashid Abdulrahman Al-Rashid Group has transformed into a holding company for a wide range of operating companies, sister companies, and branches, in addition to real estate development and other large-scale investments, becoming one of the largest corporate ownership groups with a strong and effective presence in the Middle East and North Africa.

Al-Dennis Arabia Company has become registered with Saudi Aramco as a supplier under number 10050225, qualified and registered as a first-class contractor in public tenders issued by Saudi Aramco for executing "pipeline extension" projects with very high quality and economically viable costs in the oil, gas, and energy sectors.

Al-Dennis Arabia Company was established to undertake onshore pipeline extension works in the oil, gas, energy, water, and related infrastructure sectors. Through its headquarters in Al-Khobar city, the company possesses the capability to operate across all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
