Jana Marine Services Co. LLC (JMS) was established in April 2013 and is one of the companies of the Rashid Al-Rashid and Sons Group. It provides first-class marine services to the oil and gas sector in the Arabian Gulf region and beyond. It also specializes in offering customized solutions and services for clients and those related to marine construction and maintenance projects.

The areas of specialization and services provided by Jana include: marine logistics, on-board maintenance works, marine wellhead connection tools, renovations and modifications, supply of marine equipment and skilled crews, specialized manufacturing, expertise in pre-assembly, installation, and initial operation, assistance in the operation of platforms and marine facilities, temporary marine connections, operation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical works.

Jana continues to expand its marine fleet to carry out surface and underwater water inspection operations and repair and maintenance of oil and gas facilities by adding dedicated offshore support vessels, specialized human resources, and equipment.

Through the strategic vision focused on providing fast and effective services to support oil and gas operations with regional companies, particularly Saudi Aramco, the company is headquartered in Al Khobar (in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and operates independently with its internal resources to provide services and contractual service management systems.
